The loop at a glance
Order your coffee, smoothie or meal as usual and ask for it in an Everloop. At app-enabled venues you scan a QR code to borrow; at deposit venues you pay a small refundable deposit. Either way there is no extra cost to drink in — and nothing to throw away.
Drop your empty at any return point in the network — not just where you borrowed it. Bins and shelves sit in cafés, offices, transport hubs and on the street. Scan to close your loan (and release your deposit), or just place it in the bin. You have 14 days to return before a replacement fee applies.
Returned items travel to our regional wash hub, where they are sanitised in commercial dishwashers at high temperature, inspected for cracks or wear, and quality-checked before reuse. Anything past its life is pulled from circulation and recycled. Hygiene is verified against Australian food-contact safety standards.
Clean, dry, quality-passed items are restocked and delivered back to partner cafés and venues on a regular collection run. Partners always have clean stock on hand, and never have to manage washing themselves — Everloop handles the logistics end to end.
